Teleflora - Very upset customer
As I write this review, I have now been on hold for over and hour and ever minute I get a message stating I may have to wait longer then 5 min, well it's way over 5 min. I sent my love flowers for Valentines and 1) they were not delivered on the day ordered 2) they weren't even what I ordered.
Any fool can order a dozen long stem Roses and put NO thought into it. BUt I took the time to make sure what I ordered reflexed time and thought. Very upset with this company... Buyer beware If your able to see the photos, what I ordered was a small Bouquet in a sq red vase.
What was received was 10 long stem roses... nothing like photo...
Reason of review: Not as described/ advertised.
Monetary Loss: $75.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Teleflora Cons: Quality, Failure to offer refund.
