Ordered flowers to be delivered to NCMC in Greeley Colorado yesterday today got confirmation in the morning that they would be delivered 15 minutes later they e-mail and say those flowers are not available agent on phone wanted to pick another bouquet for us without out us seeing it (Ridiculous) We decided to cancel our order now they are saying they wont refund our money for ten days we had to order from another company but I can say that everybody at Northern Colorado Medical Center in Greeley Colorado will hear about this (The patient we were sending flowers to works there) Good Luck in the Future Teleflora.

The most disappointing in user's experience was i will never used this company again, being lied to, what i received and being asked 3 times to use the call back feature. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
