I am absolutely livid. I ordered a bouquet for my six year old daughter for yesterday.

She was having a dance recital and we always get her flowers. The company promises same day delivery. The service charge cost nearly as much as the flowers I ordered, but I thought it would be worth it to see how delighted my daughter would be when the flowers arrived. The flowers never arrived.

I called to see if they were running late, and they indicated the florist did not receive the order from them in time to get them to me that day. I have no idea why they did not call and inform me of this so I could make some other arrangement. I told them to cancel the order, and they said something about needing to check with the florist. I had to run out to the grocery store to get flowers for my daughter.

I also emailed them letting them know I expect my money back, and they replied saying they need to "research this further." Do not use this company.

They are not reliable, and I'm not sure I'm even getting my money back for the product I never received. Do not assume they can deliver when they say they can.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
