It seems Teleflora is TRYING to lose customers. First given a 40% off coupon, then a 20% refund & finally, upgraded to a 50% refund (which I have yet to see).

It was a lot of work. I had to email back & forth, several times a day, for 4 days to get that much. I'm sick of dealing with them, but I am not happy & I don't consider this resolved.

Why couldn't they just replace the bouquet, as I requested? With the amount of money they spend on CS help to field complaints, they would be better advised to treat their florists fairly & provide quality products.

I ordered flowers for my daughter yesterday from Teleflora. " Polka Dots & Posies."

I have included a pic of what I purchased & another of what she received. Look closely at pic #2. They used weeds in place of daisies!

I have been back & forth with them all day. Their "resolution?" They will give me a 40% off coupon towards my next purchase (until Nov 18!).

As if!
