Teleflora - THE WORSE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!
ORDER # 222790**** I placed an order to be delivered to a Funeral of a close friends brother who was tragically killed in an auto accident. One hour before the service I receive a text and an email that Teleflora was not able to deliver today even though I placed the order days ahead.
They wanted me to pick an alternative deliver day! I immediately called and was treated so rudely and how dare I expect my flowers to be delivered on time for a funeral service!!! I was not able to attend so I counted on Teleflora to send my order on behalf of our family showing our respect & love. I'm appalled of the terrible, *** service that this Company has given me!
And not to mention how the customer service manager I spoke with belittled me for being upset and not wanting to change my delivery date for a funeral!! REALLY TELEFLORA!!!!!!
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $84.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
