I ordered the Teleflora Sweet Little Lamb Arrangement for my daughter that had a baby girl this morning. What she received was absolutely hideous and not even close to what was ordered.

They called around noon to verify my daughter's room number but the arrangement was not delivered until after 7 pm with a deflated (non mylar) balloon and one of the ugliest arrangements I have ever seen! I called to complain and was told they could give me a 40% credit on my card. I explained I did not want a credit - I want what I ordered to be delivered!

They are supposed to pick up the ugly arrangement tomorrow and deliver what I actually ordered. I guess we will see!
