After finding the phone number for new customers wanting to place a phone order, I spoke with someone who was helpful and called the local florist who had refused to deliver the flowers. They still refused to deliver but we found a compromise: My mother in law would have to go and collect them on the Saturday.

I asked for a refund on the delivery price and this was approved. Such a hassle though.

They took my order and payment for flowers delivered to Port Pirie after a google search gave results showing they deliver there. This morning I had a missed call and a text saying they cant deliver there.

Its too late for me to organise something else for Mothers Day. I'm furious, but unable to send a text back or call the number. Will never use them again!!!!!!!!!! They shouldn't be allowed to operate in this manner.

After this I found lots of complaints about them online including consumer business affairs site.

I cant think of any more words to make the one hundred word count minimum. Thank you.
