File attached shows what I ordered, what arrived, and how it looked two days later. I ordered this Feb 9 so that it would not be a rushed job and arrive well in advance of Valentines Day so it would not conflict with what her husband would send.
When I saw what had been delivered, I was crushed. Wrong vase, no ribbon, not the same shape. It really looked like it was stuffed in a vase without an arrangement of any kind. When I called Teleflora, they offered me 30% off next order.
I asked them why I would order again? Then they offered 20% off the cost of this order. Never Again will I order from them.
