Purchased a funeral bouquet online the day before the funeral. Provided the time of service in notes.
The first thing that they did was lure me to their site with a free delivery plus a 20% off coupon. The first time I went to the website, everything was supposed to be 15% off. I signed up for texts just to get the extra discount. When I used the link for 20% off, it returned me to the website and I discovered the prices were higher, so no savings there.
I placed the order, and at checkout, I discovered they tacked on an $18 or $19 service charge. So they give me free delivery just to recoup it with a charge for service? What service? I placed the order and provided all the information on my own.
It was all moot anyway. I received an email around 9:30 am, which I didn't find until noon, that they regretted not delivering my arrangement to the funeral. They had my phone number, both Teleflora and whichever florist got the order. If they had called, I could have gotten a local, reputable florist to deliver before the service.
Funeral homes constantly receive arrangements right up until service time.
I could have purchased a plant from the funeral home. I won't use Teleflora ever again.

Paid for an order of same day flowers at 8am, waited til 5:45pm to contact them as the ordered was still not delivered. Without any explanation at all they canceled the order.
Huge disappointment. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

It was my boyfriend's birthday and he loves trucks. I ordered a deluxe truck with beautiful orange flowers.
I was so excited. My boyfriend sent me a picture and it really was a blunder.
He was too nice to me and said he liked them, but the arrangement was nowhere near the style, colors, or theme. What they sent were yellow and white daisies and just thrown together, which was horrible!

Finally months later I received my refund
Y bank is still disputing.The card I used was compromised so I had to shut it down.Rigjt then is when they tried to refund me but my bank charged back to teleflora since the account since we were waiting for the new card.So Teleflora got the money back but still refusing to give it back,My bank is still investigating
I been dealing back and forth my email for months now.At first they were going to send me a check but they decided not to
I ordered flowers to send to my daughter in Texas who just lost her son.Teleflora informed me there was an issue with delivery so I cancelled tight away.They said a refund will be sent back to the card used.In the meantime my card was compromised and my bank shut it down so the refund never was applied.I email and email and same response go to my bank which I did and we went through the whole account and checked the closed card and no refund was returned.I asked for proof where the refund was sent to and was it cashed but they refuse.So I paid 69.26 for absolutely nothing but a big headache.

Still waiting for my refund.My bank did a chargeback to teleflora since My card was compromised and cancelled so there was nowhere my money to go.So they charged it back to Teleflora but they refuse to give me my money back.Awful customer service service.
Tried sending flowers to my daughter and the company said there were issues with delivery, so I cancelled. They did refund, but my bank closed the card because it was compromised, so it was charged back to the company.
So they have my money.
They just need to look. Now I have my bank's fraud department looking into it.

I paid a lot for what ended up being a standard vase of flowers. Roses and some lilies type thing.
I ordered Zen Deluxe which was purple orchids, bamboo, etc in a minimalist arrangement.
Paid extra for Deluxe.
No attempt to recreate my order.
The color purple wasnt even in it.
When I emailed them to complain within minutes I got a paltry refund notification. Almost like they have an auto-reply system because they expect so many refund requests.
This is a scam where they advertise tons of lovely arrangements, substitute standard stuff, and reap the benefits of changing you for something more elaborate.

Abhorrent Service!
WORST TELEFLORA SERVICE EVER! Our elderly aunt just turned 95 and is in Hospice Care.
We wanted to send her an arrangement that didn't speak to her imminent passing, so we chose "Your Wish is Granted", which is a floral arrangement in the shape of a birthday cake, with an assortment of beautiful flowers all around the "cake" and topped with actual birthday candles. I placed the order which was to be delivered on Fri., 2/28/25. Our niece, Donna, contacted us the next day (3/1) to report that upon delivery on 2/28, most of the flowers were wilted and she was shocked by their condition. She was reluctant to tell us because she knew our intention was to bring happiness, not distress and disappointment.
She had already contacted the local florist (John's Riverside Florist) & they picked it up with a promise to remake the "cake" and deliver it the next day. I immediately called Teleflora & reiterated the situation and the urgency of the hour-by-hour situation. I was told by CSR Monica that they would instruct the local florist to immediately remake the order and deliver it with haste the next day & refund my $79.95! As of 3/3, no delivery was made.
I again contacted Teleflora CSR & Jay said the order was CANCELED! So, as of 3/4, no refund to my account & no replacement arrangement! This is abhorrent service considering that I explained the urgency & reason for the flowers to two (2) CSR representatives and received assurance both times that our elderly Aunt would receive our floral "cake".
At this hour-to-hour time, there is no time for a substitution. Also, Teleflora told me that this local florist is the ONLY florist they deal with in the area!

I would give zero stars if I could. I have spent more than 4 hours on the phone with them over the last week trying to get a resolution to an order that was never delivered.
They promised 4 times to redeliver (which I had to fight for) and each time it didn't happen with no communication - they would just cancel the order. When I would follow up they said their local florists "couldn't fulfill the order" even after I agreed to let it be "florist's choice." You're telling me no florist has a plant they can send over the course of a week??
The customer service is ABYSMAL even at the management levels - they just don't care and want to rush you off the phone. I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEM.

You lied to me!!!!! Connie Houseman has not received the Christmas Tree that you said she would receive the week of December 10th.
Trying to get my Christmas Tree present to go through. My friend is a patient in an assisted living facility. The Zip Code is 31721 for the Viva Senior Living of Albany Georgia.
I spoke with 1 of your representatives, and my friend has never received the Christmas Tree that I ordered.
What she received was not the $125 Christmas Tree!!!
A much cheaper, supposed, floral bowl went to my friend instead of what I ordered.
Either Del ver what I ordered for Connie Houseman in Albany Ga or refund my money.

I ordered a sympathy arrangement to be sent to England for a close friends mother. Was told it would take 48 hours.
6 days later and it is still not delivered.
I have talked to 4 different representatives, one telling me that it was being delivered as we spoke. I have little hope that it will ever be delivered or that I will see my money back.

PATHETIC! Take a look at the picture!
WHAT A JOKE!!! Picture should say everything between what was ordered, and what they tried to deliver.
As soon as I placed the order, they sent a message that they cannot provide the same bouquet, but they will provide a substitution very similar to what I ordered. Please look at what kind of JOKE bouquet they put together instead.
Good think I asked for a picture, and after seeing it, obviously I asked to receive a refund, which they issued, but this company should not be in business! SHAME ON YOU!

Send her the arrangement I actually ordered OR refund my money I spent.. The order was for her birthday, which I ordered at least a week prior AND she received it the day after, and it looked like something you could buy at a gas station!

Horrible service, if you want to call it service
I ordered an arrangement for my older sister who was turning 80. I placed this order one week before her birthday.
Not only did the arrangement not come but I was sent an email stating that it was hand delivered. After two days of trying to get the flowers delivered and speaking with numerous representatives I finally cancelled the order and demanded a full refund. I doubt I'll every actually see any of the money!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I cannot that they have been in business this long because their service model is horrendous. I repeat, DO NOT SPEND YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!

I ordered an arrangement 3 days prior to the delivery date that I wanted the arrangement delivered online. I was given the option to even have it delivered before 1:00pm, which I selected b/c of the recipients work schedule.
I even received a confirmation email at 7:18am on the day of delivery letting me know that a local florist is working on your fresh bouquet. 3 hours later, I get a phone call telling me that I would need to pick a different day for delivery because there was no local florist able to deliver the arrangement because they were all closed. We live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.so that is a complete and utter lie from the company and the representative, Jane, who I spoke with. There were 2 whole days between the day I placed the order and the delivery date for them to reach out to me so that I could make other arrangements.
I decided to try them for the first time ever because I have always used 1-800-Flowers and was interested in seeing different style arrangements. I usually send flowers at least once every 6 weeks to friends or family and I have never ever had such poor lack of communication from a company.
It doesnt matter if Telafloras arrangements are unique if they cannot provide the service that they falsely advertise & the recipient will never receive it. Horrible customer service and horrible communication.
