Disgraceful delivery all flower dead.

These flowers have been waiting in the transport depot for 6 Days. I do not know how you have the courage to deliver? Photograph available if email contact. Refund in full please.

For the price. I want to be refunded through FH. WAS PLACED THROUGH A LEESBURG ADDRESS. DON'T HAVE A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL FLORIST. WON'T ORDER AGAIN. THE FLORIST HAS PROBLEMS. PLEASE REFUND!

Wrong order was deliverer

They delivered the wrong flowers what they delivered was really ugly I called them & they said affirm would be credited 100 percent so I want this taken off my account,They just screwed up & sent the wrong thing & would not pick it up & bring me what I ordered we were very unhappy with them so please check into this

Credit to my accountt

Non Receipt of order placed before 2/14.

Called 800 822-**** several times; they kept telling me the order is coming....they have been saying that since 2/14. I also called 800 493-****(It comes up Eureka Florist and Gifts)...Same answer from them. I just want this order to go through. I am ready to call the better Business Bureau.

Order not delivere and no refund

I ordered flowers for my Grandfathers funeral 3 days prior to the services however day before I was told there was a delay ok 2nd day of funeral they proceed to contact me at 2:20 to let me know they could not fill my order and Canceled it I called explained I needed anything there I couldnt make it something needed sent I got told nothing could be sent not even a single rose at that point Im irate my grandfathers funeral is going on and Ive got nothing there and cant send anything due to my moneys tied up in this order Ive still NOT GOTTEN RETURNED TO MY CARD this is totally Unacceptable and I cant believe your company hires ppl so insensitive ..

EMAIL

I have requested that they stop sending me emails over 4 weeks ago. I get 4 or 5 emails daily and keep requesting them to stop. Apparently they think it's ok to keep sending them. I would like an attorney to help me stop the emails.

Poor Customer Service

Supposed to have some birthday flowers delivered yesterday...when I originally called to check the status mid-afternoon I was told the florist had the order. Then when I called back shortly before 5:00pm I was put on hold for several minutes and told the florist never got the order. Had to run to a local grocery store to save the day. Customer service fail and will absolutely never be using their services again.

Worst customer service ever!

Flowers ordered and paid for... but never delivered. I have contacted the company three times by phone and innumerable times by email. No one is responsible for anything in customer service. The charges are still on my account! What a disgrace. They do not even deserve 1 star.

DI ordered flowers to be delivered yesterday, and they were not. I cannot find any explanation and I'm having trouble getting in touch with someone from the company.
