After ordering the Mother’s Day Special Floral On Sat-5/12/18, I was Charged $80.45 And, IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED TO A VERY SPECIAL PERSON (Aunt) WHO HAS BEEN THERE FOR MYSELF & 2 - ADULT BROTHERS SINCE MY MOTHERS DEATH LAST YEAR AROUND MOTHERS DAY.
I have been given the Runaround since ordering this Floral. Today is 5/13/18.
Nobody at Fingerhut knows where my order is, and again they say it’s on the truck to be delivered. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I EVER USED.
TELEFLORA! IT WILL BE MY LAST! I HAVE HAD, SEVERAL CONVERSATIONS WITH TELEFLORA AND, AGAIN NO ANSWERS TO WHERE MY FLORAL IS! They even had the NERVE, TO TEXT ME THIS MORNING ABOUT A DELIVERY TODAY BY 12 NOON MONDAY (Today).
I got a flyer in my bill from Fingerhut for June 2018 to use them for a great discount. So, I tired Them. IT TOOK AN HOUR TO PLACE THE PHONE ORDER! THERE EMPLOYEE, GAVE ME A HEADACHE! HIS ABILITY TO HANDLE THE ORDER WAS, 0- TO NONE! That should have been a WARNING TO ME!
I just spoke to Fingerhut and made a Complaint, they will get to the bottom of this problem and call Me back ASAP TODAY! I Explained I think Teleflora should have to deliver the Flowers ASAP TODAY AND, RECEIVE NOTHING FOR THEIR POOR SERVICE! Fingerhut will get back to Me today! I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING TELEFLORA! THERE ARE MANY GREAT FLORIST YOU CAN USE! (When, I spoke to them yesterday, they claimed I had not been charged for my order. They charged Me when I placed the order on Saturday! NO MATTER WHO YOU SPEAK TO, TELEFLORA WILL LIE ABOUT PROCESSING YOUR ORDER! BEWARE OF TELEFLORA FLORIST.
