Ordered flowers for my aunt's funeral the day before the funeral.They requested an alternate delivery date.

Told them they could deliver the flowers to the funeral home the morning of the funeral. Long story, short... Nothing was delivered and I was not contacted until almost five days after the funeral. Their explanation was that the florist was closed Memorial Day weekend.

Of course I was not informed (they have my e-mail) and had assumed that the flowers were delivered. They had the nerve to ask if I wanted the flowers delivered to my cousin's home. I explained the order was for a funeral arrangement... kind of useless AFTER the funeral.

Will never use again. This was really important to me since I could not travel to my aunt's funeral. I am thoroughly disappointed. No offer of compensation...

money was just credited back to my account.
