My boyfriend ordered Flowers the day before Valentines to be sent to me in Texas.He kept calling to see if they had arrived...

they never came.. We both called Teleflora . . Poor customer service...

I finally was able to check on my order.. it says in transit??? we were on hold forever, was told no tracking is available?? ...

but they charged his card...

He placed a complaint with his bank to get his money back!!This company has gotten worse over the years they need to shut down, the customer service is poor, they don't deliver timely or at all which ruins your holiday ..and what company has no tracking??
