I ordered "same day delivery" yesterday and the flowers were never delivered.This morning, I received an email saying that they could not deliver the flowers yesterday (no reason stated).
After responding to the email, and asking them to deliver ASAP this morning, I went online and Live Chatted with an agent. I was assured that the flowers would be sent this morning. It is now 6:30pm and the flowers were still not delivered. I called to complain and cancel my order and they didnt care at all.
My refund should come in 5 days (though with their track record, I have to wonder!) Will never use this company again.
I wish I would have read reviews before I ordered.
