My Sister never got her Flowers. The Customer service is a nightmare.
They say they will look into it and call you back, they don't call you back. I received an email saying they were delivered, THEY WERE NOT! They say we have people that look into these things and they will research it and get back with you as soon as possible. They will never call you back, the same girl answers the Customer Service line and says the same thing, over and over.
Please do yourself a favor and use someone else. Like 1-800 Flowers, I don't know why I tried Teleflora, I guess I thought I was getting a good price, and all I got was robbed.
What do you tell your Sister? I feel so bad for her.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $3600.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: That they fraudulently misrepresented the product, Non english speaking person.
