My mother sent flowers to my wife for Mothers Day. They never showed up?
On my mothers side they told her that they were hand delivered. On our side I have tried to call the 800 number but left it on speaker phone for more than 30 minutes 2 times now. I would never do business with this company nor recommend them to anyone. I told my mother to call Amex and get her money back.
They have wasted everybody's time.
My suggestion is Yelp or Google lookup a local florist near the receiving party and make that call. These nationwide companies are all about revenue and not about service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
