I ordered Cotton Candy in a larger size instead of the smaller size. My friend received fewer flowers than their cheapest selection size.

I called them to complain and was offered a few dollars even though I had paid $15.00 more than their cheapest size or a 40% off my next order so I took the 40% discount and asked them to send what I originally had ordered, but from a different florist. No problem the customer service rep tells me. A couple of days later I received a phone call from them, it seems they no longer offer that selection in my friend's area. Then I asked for a complete refund.

The customer service rep say they need to pick up the entire order and I have to wait up to 10 business days for a refund. Look what was delivered for $59.00 plus change a little different than the other photo of what I ordered
