I ordered a sympathy planter from website.Teleflora has a substitution policy which is great.

But instead of substituting another planter, Teleflora just cancelled my ordered. When you order from website, get confirmation that your order was placed, and there is a substitution policy, how in heck can they just cancel my order? needless to say I am pissed at Teleflora and now FTD has just gained another customer. I should have read the reviews on this company before I placed my order, so that is on me.

Teleflora customer service however is a BIG fail and is on them.Just ridiculous and not the way to conduct business.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $65.

Preferred solution: Will never order through this company again..

I didn't like: Just cancelling my order.
