I ordered flowers over 100.00. Nothing like the picture of what i paid for. Walmart had better quality. After i complained They tried to refund 25% and gave me a 25% discount on future order. Not made in America!!! Talked to a women from India could not understand her. DO NOT BUY FROM TELAFLORA!

The company entices the buyer with amazing looking floral displays, then deliver an arrangement with a fraction of the flowers expected. Standard bate & switch operation.

I paid $100.00 for these flowers, as pictured in the below photo and received a quarter of the expected flowers. Very disappointing. Avoid this website like the plague, else face getting ripped off by a criminal retailer.

Contacted Teleflora's customer service department the very next day the arrangement was delivered by both phone and email and they refused to address my concerns. I informed them I would be contacting the attorney general's office in the state of California about the fraudulent activity of their company.

It seems Teleflora is TRYING to lose customers. First given a 40% off coupon, then a 20% refund & finally, upgraded to a 50% refund (which I have yet to see).

It was a lot of work. I had to email back & forth, several times a day, for 4 days to get that much. I'm sick of dealing with them, but I am not happy & I don't consider this resolved.

Why couldn't they just replace the bouquet, as I requested? With the amount of money they spend on CS help to field complaints, they would be better advised to treat their florists fairly & provide quality products.

I ordered flowers for my daughter yesterday from Teleflora. " Polka Dots & Posies." I have included a pic of what I purchased & another of what she received. Look closely at pic #2. They used weeds in place of daisies! I have been back & forth with them all day. Their "resolution?" They will give me a 40% off coupon towards my next purchase (until Nov 18!). As if!

Order my mom Lots if Love Bouquet deluxe. She got today as requested but looks nothing like photo, missing 3/4 of the flowers! I called and said i wanted a full refund but she said she could only do 50%! Its BS! Sorry mom.

I received this arrangement late in the day on Saturday March 31st from creations of the heart florist in Houston Texas. It was poorly put together, very sparce and the roses were wilting.

The card attached to the arrangement didn't even have their company name and direct phone number on it and I had to search on the internet to find them (there was one phone number that was on the card, which turned out to be their fax number).

When I finally reached them and confirm that they had sent the arrangement, they made no apologies and said because my husband signed for the flowers, they could not send a replacement. I am contacting the person who sent them to me to get their money back.

this company is usually outside the USA. they will only take the payment and send the local florist not even the 50% of what they charged the sender.

florist sometimes are forced to do the best they can with the budget given.. the best deal you will ever get is contacting the local florist directly.

Do not use Telefora! On April 29, 2018 I ordered a Money Tree (zen arrangement),for my son's birthday. Today he received a stupid Money Tree in a vase. Look at the discrepancy from what I ordered and what was delivered.

for what I se, YOU GOT A DEAL., you could of received a tiny 4" tree in a plate. they actually sent you a nice size money tree.

.. I KNOW ITS NOT WHAT YOU ORDERED, but at least they got you the right plant and a bigger size.

I ordered a flower arrangement called "Hold Me Close" for my mothers birthday. She received a flower arrangement that was NOTHING like the picture that I was lead to believe that she was supposed to receive.

I have called customer service for them to offer me a 40% refund which I declined, then they offered a 50% refund which I declined, then the customer service representative suggested that my mother return the arrangement to the florist which was an insult. I paid for a certain arrangement which was missing several types of flowers that were mentioned in the description. The ordered bouquet needs to be delivered or my entire investment needs to be returned period. I've called the corporate headquarters in Los Angeles, California and the Coordinator said she was going to have the President call me, a week has passed and I haven't heard from anyone.

I called the corporate office again today and the Coordinator sent me to the customer service department.

No one wants to own this Epic fail of a flower arrangement. I will never ever purchase another arrangement from Teleflora and I will spread the word to alert my family and friends that Teleflora's business practices are unethical and very unprofessional.

I ordered the “deluxe version” of the how sweet it is Bouquet for my mother who was just Diagnosed with cancer in an effort to cheer her up. I am beyond disappointed - the two are nothing alike and the arrangement is downright embarrassing .

I ordered a "premium" $129 heart shape bouquet of roses for my girlfriend for Valentines day. What was delivered was something completely different.

Not only was it not what I ordered, it was not of equal quality or size. See photos. Even assuming Teleflora has a substitution policy, which is there way of saying a false advertising policy, the policy says if your product isn't available. Well I ordered roses.

Are they alleging that in the entire city of Denver, there were not any roses? Even if they somehow claimed that, they included roses in the bouquet that was sent so that preposterous argument doesn't work either. Based on the facts, the product was clearly available and could have been made and delivered. They simply chose to deliver an inferior product so that they could keep the profit.

This is fraud, false advertising, bait and switch and numerous other legal infractions.

I'm a lawyer and considering filing a class action lawsuit. Get a hold of me if you're interested.

Are you still trying to pyrsue a class acrion law suit because i have recorded conversations of their false promises and contradicting themselves but i want to ensure im at the head of the lawsuit with you. Trust me i even got evidence of them admitting they have various customers they have done this to with no solution.

Same thing happened to me. I spent $160 on a premium arrangement and what was sent looked nothing like the picture and was cheap and ordinary.

When I contacted customer service (and sent them pictures of what was ordered versus what was received) they admitted that what was sent was lacking and then had the nerve to offer me 40% off a future order! They just ripped me off and they think I am going to give them more business.

I filed a complaint with the BBB. This company is a disgrace!

You should have no problem finding people for a law suit. From reading and reviews on the web it seems their local contracted suppliers are also suing them. I think part of their problem is their venders don't like their deals with Teleflora and purposely put their delivers on low priority ( if ever delivered ) and skimp on the quality of the arrangements to save money figuring its not their reputation at stake.

I ordered a Premium bouquet for my mother's birthday on the left and she received the bouquet in the right which is sparse, totally different flowers, a lot less flowers, different colors, a square vase not round, and they added a tacky ribbon. I had to apologize to my mom for this gift which is so embarrassing when you expected much more. Never again.

Ordered love and laughter bouquet 1st picture that is how bouquet suppose to look like. 2nd picture is what the recipient got.

What do you think about that, paid for a premium bouquet in a purple vase with a purple ribbon. It was to be a get well bouquet.

What is wrong with this picture. Teleflora won’t even give you a refund only some 20% off on next order, ridiculous!!!

Teleflora and FTD display unrealistic photos of arrangements. We used to work with them and our designer with 20 years of experience couldn't recreate the ridiculous arrangements displayed on their website.

All their photos show all the flowers pulled to one side.

Most teleflora arrangements are one sided so you get a lot less flower than you expect. Ditch the wire service and go with a local florist

My Sister never got her Flowers. The Customer service is a nightmare. They say they will look into it and call you back, they don't call you back. I received an email saying they were delivered, THEY WERE NOT! They say we have people that look into these things and they will research it and get back with you as soon as possible. They will never call you back, the same girl answers the Customer Service line and says the same thing, over and over. Please do yourself a favor and use someone else. Like 1-800 Flowers, I don't know why I tried Teleflora, I guess I thought I was getting a good price, and all I got was robbed. What do you tell your Sister? I feel so bad for her.
