What you see is not what you get

I ordered flowers for my Mom for Valentines day. I chose them as they had a unique choice that looked like a mini garden with a terra cotta pot etc. Not your typical bouquet. They have a disclaimer that states that the flowers may not be exactly the same as what you see on the website due to seasonal etc. What was sent had absolutely no resemblance to what I picked out. It was not just changed flowers but a totally different design, basically a generic collection of flowers. I called to complain and first they offered me 50% off my next order. RIDICULOUS. Then the offered me 30% credit on this order. I will never order from them again.

Client didn't receive even though I received delivery confirmation

I ordered a Christmas arrangement to be delivered to a client in Fort Lee, NJ on Friday, December 21st. I received an email on that day confirming that the arrangement had been delivered. A week after the delivery date, I did not hear from my client so I asked her if she had received the arrangement. She did not. At first I thought maybe someone in her apartment building had signed for it. However, after contacting teleflora, the florist said they had issues with the teleflora system that day and in fact was unable to make the delivery even though I received a delivery confirmation. Sounds like dirty business to me. If I didn't ask my client if she received the arrangement, I would have paid for something that was never delivered, the florist made a sale for which they never delivered a product. How many others ordered Christmas arrangements and never followed up with the recipient? What bothers me most is that I received delivery confirmation. Sent from my iPad

On May 4th, I placed FOUR orders for flowers, two of which were going to two other states. I had never used this company before so this was my first time using them.

Towards the end of the online order, it asked me to check a box that said in the event that the flowers for the arrangement are not available, then others would be substituted AND that the substitution would be of THE SAME OR HIGHER VALUE THAN THE ORIGINAL ORDER PLACED plus they'd make it look as close to the original arrangement as possible. What arrived doesn't look close to anything of higher value than what I ordered. I thought I had to check that box to be able to place the order. The first woman agent on the phone (there were several times I called over a two day period) told me that I didn't have to check it.

Um, then why have it there at all? Why would someone want to drop at minimum $60 per order and say, "Oh, just send whatever you have laying around"? Of course not! They want exactly what they selected and paid for.

So far, one order hasn't shown up...mine...flowers for me. Everyone else's arrangements were received. I asked them to send me pictures of what they got. I got super pissed off at what I saw.

I'm too embarrassed to say, "Hey, you should have gotten these much prettier flowers but they sent that instead". I just dropped over $200 for this *** company and these so-called *** florists to send my family members *** flower for Mother's Day! I could have gone outside, cut some wildflowers and grabbed some branches off my trees, stuck them in a *** dollar store vase (not even one of the vases I selected arrived) and call it an arrangement. That's what these arrangements look like!

So here are four different florists in three different states and cities and all of them did an epic fail job. All of the arrangements were supposed to have roses. Not one of them has a single rose in it. The one arrangement that hasn't arrived I can't say if it will be the correct one I selected but going by what I read on here and what has been received so far, I'm not holding my breath nor will I accept the flowers if they do bother to send them out.

Oh, and that little "service" of bringing them to your door...$17.99. Yeah, a complete waste of money. So now to see what my options are and see if I can get a refund for all of this. Down below, if you can believe it, two of those arrangements are supposed to be the short, pink one and one is supposed to be the tall, pink one.

Could you guess they are supposed to be the closest they could come to being the original arrangement? I don't think they look anything like the ones I selected. There're only three there because, again, by the time I finished writing this, two days had gone by and no delivery of the fourth arrangement. I am going to push for a refund of the no-show arrangement and some kind of refund on the other three.

I will never use this business again. I don't know how they can stay in business with such terrible florists.

Bait and switch masters!

Teleflora - Bait and switch masters!
Teleflora - Bait and switch masters! - Image 2

They are the EPITOME of the bait-and-switch game. Not only were my flowers delivered a day late, but they didn't even closely resemble what I ordered.

Very happy to charge my credit card immediately but it took them almost 48 hours to get a joke of an arrangement delivered. As you can see from the pictures, my requested arrangement was supposed to be 14 inches tall with a variety of red, white and blue flowers and sufficient filler. What my recipient that was an itty bitty 9" arrangement with hardly any flowers. After spending a total of 2 1/2 hours on the phone with six or seven different people, I got a whopping 50% credit.

Will NEVER EVER use them again. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Same thing happened to me. I actually thought I went with local florist because I wanted to avoid getting scammed.

However, they are affiliated with Teleflora and use Teleflora “recipes” for their orders. What a bait and switch scam, probably got less than half the quantity of flowers than the bouquet in the picture.

Vase of flowers with mostly greens and a few wilted flowers

i sent my 92 year old mother a vase for Christmas. When they arrived, my mom told me they looked awful. Of course she didn't take a picture so I have no idea of the way the vase looked. The order No,. was 39146**** and the name was for Helen Pirro, 250 Coventry K, West Palm Beach, Florida 33407. As this is the only gift I can give her, I was disappointed. Is it possible for her to get a fresher vase of flowers? Thank you nancystrk48@***.com Sad

Twice Teleflora screwed me. They use horrendous local florists. Especially in Delray Beach, FL area. Flowers not delivered on designated day. They try to get out of refunding the money. When they get around to delivering it’s 9:30 pm when the window is 11am - 8pm They are scammers. Reps are stupid. DO NOT waste your time with them. They say they canceled my order but flowers delivered next day! I am still trying to get this resolved

I chose a $129.00 cross to be sent to a funeral. I received an email that it was hand delivered. When I arrived at the funeral there was no cross or any other flowers from me. I was embarrassed and upset not to have a display of sympathy for my friend. Teleflora offered to send another one today. A little too late considering my friend is in the ground. Plus I asked Teleflora to sent the deceased family a plant apologizing for their mistake. They refused. All I can say is don’t use this company!!!

Appalling, Dishonest and Abusive

I ordered flowers for my elderly, wheel-chair bound father who suffers from dementia. They were never deliverd. Teleflora lied and sent a delivery confirmation. The front door staff, the security cameras in the building, my father's aide and my two brothers who were present confirmed they were never delivered. A CS rep named "Barbara" told me point blank that she spoke with my father twice and that he confirmed they had arrived. My father is mentally incapacitated. His aide confirmed again the flowers had not arrived at all. CS is giving me the run around, claims I cancelled the flowers (I did not), still claims they were delivered (they were not, and the security tape proves this), and also claims to have had lucid conversations with my father (this is bordering on elder abuse if true). I want a full refund and a letter of apology from their CEO acknowledging they failed to deliver and that no one from Teleflora should have called and harassed an elderly person suffering from dementia.

Please save your money and stay away from this company. They delivered a bouquet that had nothing in common to the one I ordered - much cheaper and tasteless option even though they claim that the substitution of equal value and quality will be made if some flowers/items are not available.

I also paid extra for the Deluxe option, which was such a waste of my money and time. The pictures are attached -: the one with the lamb is the bouquet I ordered and the second one is the one that was delivered.

They refuse to explain themselves and provide the full refund for such a shameful service.

My local Teleflora florist is HORRIBLE

My local Teleflora florist is HORRIBLE

This is the second Teleflora delivery that I received since moving to this area and the florist is HORRIBLE. The most recent arrangement didn’t even arrive in a container!

It was in a clear plastic plant coaster! Flowers were falling out and the used the most inexpensive flowers they could. Some flowers were already wilted and water was streaming out of the bottom of the wrapping wetting my floor. I feel terribly for the friends who ordered and sent the arrangement because it wasn’t cheap!

The florist was an amateur! This is not the first time I have had issues with Teleflora but I am determined to never use them again and advise my friends to do the same.

AWFUL

To Whom it may concern: Order number: 222849**** I ordered flowers thru Teleflora on October 5, 2018. My friend of 48 years passed away earlier in the week. Deb's Florist in Jasper, Tn. filled the order. The picture online was beautiful and the minute I saw it I knew that was it. Needless to say the arrangement that showed up at the Funeral Home was nothing like the picture that I picked out. The arrangement was a complete embrassment. I thought I was going to throw up when I saw that thing sitting there. After 48 years of friendship I couldn't believe this is how I had to send her off. I will never order thru Teleflora again and needless to say DEB'S FLORIST will NEVER get another penny from me. Kim Ratliff
