Order 2 flower arrangements for my dying Aunts birthday. Firat said the order couldnt be delivered and then they cancelled the order without refunding the money. And would not answer the phone when i tried to call about it

Teleflora - Horrible experience
I ordered a Premium bouquet for my mother's birthday on the left and she received the bouquet in the right which is sparse, totally different flowers, a lot less flowers, different colors, a square vase not round, and they added a tacky ribbon. I had to apologize to my mom for this gift which is so embarrassing when you expected much more. Never again.
