Third day since order still no flowers

I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday. Stressed that same day delivery was my priority and was assured that my flowers would be delivered that day no problem. Then I get. An email saying that they couldn't deliver that day but I could choose a new delivery date. Obvious ly they are now being delivered a day late for the birthday. Okay day of delivery can't reach anyone to see if our gift has arrived so assumed it had. Next day call home to chat and since no mention made of receipt was put in the awkward position os " did you get the flowers"?" Nope. Now it's Sunday and I can't reach anyone at TELEFLORA. Score zero for them. Don ' take a chance. Call someone else. Oh and I did get a how was our service survey via email on day two!!!

No Flowers for Funeral

Ordered flowers for my aunt's funeral the day before the funeral. They requested an alternate delivery date. Told them they could deliver the flowers to the funeral home the morning of the funeral. Long story, short... Nothing was delivered and I was not contacted until almost five days after the funeral. Their explanation was that the florist was closed Memorial Day weekend. Of course I was not informed (they have my e-mail) and had assumed that the flowers were delivered. They had the nerve to ask if I wanted the flowers delivered to my cousin's home. I explained the order was for a funeral arrangement... kind of useless AFTER the funeral. Will never use again. This was really important to me since I could not travel to my aunt's funeral. I am thoroughly disappointed. No offer of compensation... money was just credited back to my account.

No flowers for Mother's day

I usually always order flowers for my mom for her bday and mother's day (aka twice a year) from Teleflora. I have used other floral delivery companies but didn't like how they knocked once and left the flowers on the porch or how the arrangement didn't look decent enough. I schedule those deliveries on Tuesday which is her only weekday off or if her bday is during the week, I'll schedule it for whatever day it is since she ***. So I arranged for her flowers to be delivered yesterday 5/7/13. I called her after a job interview I had gone to (around 4pm) and asked if the flowers had came and they hadn't. I got home around 8:30pm and the flowers had still not arrived. I'm really pissed off. Flowers aren't cheap and I ordered them a week ago so it's not like it was last minute. So I called them today 5/8/13 the guy on the phone was probably in India somewhere and didn't understand what the big deal was and I had a hard time understanding him. No one is gonna be here to receive the *** flowers (he said they were going to have them delivered today). First he said they tried to deliver but the recipient wasn't home which was a *** lie since my mom was home all day waiting for a package. Then he put me on hold and said they weren't delivered because of some bs system glitch. Apparently they don't know how to contact people. It's not like people schedule deliveries on certain days for a reason. He then asked if they could be delivered on Monday. They're for Mother's Day. Mother's Day is Sunday. They're giving me a refund but I'm even more pissed than before because who knows when I'll get my refund. Now I don't have money to get my mom flowers before Sunday. My mom loves flowers and I look forward to her reaction when she receives them. I'm really sad that I have to disappoint her this year.

Mother's Day Flowers NOT Delivered

Ordered flowers for my Mom which never got delivered. I called on Monday to find out and was told my order was cancelled because they reached their limit. However my husband ordered flowers from the same website moments before I did. I was told that I would get refund so not to worry. I informed them the money didn't matter they needed to deliver flowers to my mom. I was promised by a Supervisor, that my flowers would be delivered the next day and that I would receive a full refund. The flowers AGAIN were not ordered (can you imagine how my Mom must feel, she probably thinks I just forgot). I was then charged twice and had to call back 5 times overall to ensure I would recieive a refund. I never placed a second order, so they did not have the right to charge me twice. Horrible customers service, and what florist company cancels orders because they 'reached their limit. Save yourself time and stress NEVER use this company!

2 separate orders- BOTH NOT DELIVERED

Ordered from this company 2 years ago and flowers were never delivered- even after calling and them promising a reschedule. NEVER came. Gave then another shot (shame on me) this Mother's day- a completely different recipient, by the way- and they did not deliver AGAIN. They don't follow up with the company they outsource to deliver the flowers- so you have to ask the recipient if they actually got delivered or not and contact the company to let them know of their mistake...awesome. When I called, all I got both times were excuses after excuses. Customer Service is completely useless and this is a HORRIBLE company. Never again.

Hello:

I am a lawyer at the Philadelphia law firm, Berger & Montague, P.C. I am currently prosecuting a class action suit against Teleflora LLC, a California company, in connection with allegedly selling floral arrangements that are different than or inferior to the ones advertised on its website, and with delivering flowers past the agreed delivery dates or not at all. The case is pending in federal court in Los Angeles. I am writing to you about this complaint that you posted here. I would like to discuss. Please contact me by replying to this email, calling our toll free number at 1-80*-***-****, or calling my direct line at 215-875-****. The case seeks to recover money for all dissatisfied customers. Fake Receipt Emails/TELEFLORA: CAUTION!!!

I have never used this company, I had never even heard from them until my daughter pointed out that she had been sent a receipt (via email) for the flowers that I purchased for mother's day. My mother is dead, I have no one to send flowers to I did not purchase flowers. When I looked at the reciept it has my full name on it. I did immediately check my bank account and no monies were withdrawn for this company. A couple of days later she received a second email from Tleflora for confirmation that flowers had been delivered to the recipient (name of a lady whom I have no ideawho she is). I find it very hard to believe that this company happens to have my full name and my daughters email information just by coincidence. I think they are fishing for personal information. Be very cautious if using this company, good companies dont fish for customers and send out FAKE receipts!

BEWARE OF TELEFLORA! NO MOTHERS DAY FLOWERS!

I ordered an arrangement for Mothers day to be delivered on the Thursday before Mothers day. When I learned they were not delivered, I called customer service and they assured me they would be delivered by 5pm on Friday. On Friday they were never delivered so I called customer service again Saturday morning and they told me there was no scheduled delivery for Friday. What???! They then assured me the flowers would be delivered by 5pm Saturday. Flowers were NOT delivered Saturday or Sunday at all. Mothers Day passed, and my Mom never got her flowers. I had to call customer service a 3rd time and she finally got her flowers on Tuesday--2 days after Mothers Day. NOT ACCEPTABLE! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT USE THEM!

Mother's Day without flowers!

I tried to send my mother in law flowers for Mother's day on Friday May 10th and was told they wouldn't be able to fill my request until Monday. Monday, May 13th is not Mother's day! You don't win point with the mother in law when you look like Mother's Day was an afterthought. When I tried to call the number I was given to talk to a representative, it just played on an automated loop after I entered my information. I went through it three times until I gave up. I tried to respond to the email they sent and never got any response. This is unacceptable.

2013 Mother's Day Flower Ordered Cancelled by Company

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day 2013, paid extra for delivery by the Saturday before Mother's Day, then I get an e-mail after 8pm Friday evening (after it's too late to call another florist) informing me that they cannot deliver and have cancelled my order. But what I appreciated the most is that the letter signed by VP Ops Amas Tenumah says "** Please do not reply to this email. **". Yup, we screwed ya, but we really don't want to hear about it!I should have read the other reviews before ordering as this is evidently a pattern of behavior with this company. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH TELEFLORA! COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE!!

Mothers day invisible flowers

No delivery for mothers day flowers. They took the money on time but no delivery. I am submitting a complaint with the better buisness bureau. Looks like grocery store flowers this year. Thanks finger hut. For doing buisness with an incompetent company. Great job. Too many complaints about this company. Do not use any of their services. The invisible flowers look great. Thank you. Wait till I cancel your $$$$$ with the bank. You can enjoy invisible profits. Once again thanks for being so unreliable. I think i can send my mom some seeds & grow flowers faster than you can deliver them.

Happy Garden Floral

My friend lost her husband 3 weeks before Valentine's Day. Tried to send flowers through a Telefloral local florist. Ordered onlne and called to confirm they could deliver on Valentine's because I ordered late Valentine's day. They said yes. Never delivered. Called and left 3 messages on the 15th. Finally called me back at 11:30 and told me how ridiculous I was to think they could deliver on the 14th with late order. I would have been okay with them not delivering had they told me when I called or even called me back to let me know they couldn't. I would have even been ok with 15th delivery, but she proceeded to tell me how busy she was and didn't give a *** about my circumstances. No apology, no nothing. Cannot believe Telelfloral would endorse a business like this that cares nothing about customers and only about how busy they were. She told me I should give them a break. HA! I would have had she given me the chance, but she wouldn't shut up long enough to listen to me. I told her to cancel the order and not charge my card. Unbelievable! Guess she's so good she doesn't need my business. Well, neither does telefloral. Wont' order from one of their florists ever again. Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. The shop's name is Happy Garden Florals in Englewood, CO and the lady is Bobbi. I would not use them if they were the last florist on earth!

Teleflora - Cheap imitation of arrangement that was ordered

My friend just mailed me a picture of the arrangement I sent for her birthday. I was appalled at what she received - it bears no resemblance whatsoever to the picture of the arrangement that I ordered. I will NEVER order from Teleflora again. The arrangement that was delivered was nothing more than a lot of greenery with a few flowers thrown in - not the numerous roses and baby's breath shown in the picture. I feel like I was robbed - I could have gone to the grocery store and picked up a nicer arrangement for less than 1/2 the cost. Stay away from this company! Totally false advertising.

Flowers NOT worth what I paid for

I decided to surprise my girlfriend and send her a bouquet of flowers for Valentine's Day. Teleflora advertised a 'Valentines Day Special'. The total cost was $69.00. My girlfriend texted me back to thank me for the flowers and sent me a photo of it. I was surprised to see such a small arrangement of random flowers..... There were no roses at all. It was about 6" tall in a small square vase......not worth $69 at all. I felt I was ripped off. The arrangement was so small.....it was embarrassing. I will be calling them to complain.

Misrepresentation of Product

Went to Teleflora.com for a flower arrangement for a friend's birthday. Flowers were delivered yesterday and needless to say looked NOTHING like the $54 bouquet I ordered. It looked like a half dozen roses with tacky pink carnations in a $2 vase with some branches sticking out of it. I could have found a nicer bouquet at a corner store. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This is a gross misrepresentation of your product. I will never use again... What a rip off. Contacted customer service via email with stock photo and photo of the arrangment and have not received a reply.

Unhappy Mother In Law

I am usually pleased with the service and delivery; however, this time, I am furious. I needed to place an order for delivery the same day. Nothing during the time of the order indicated there would be an issue with delivery. I receive an email at 6:20 on the day they were to be delivered advising the order could not be fulfilled. Guys, this was for my mother in law who does not have many birthday's left. Had I known you were going to fail, I would have contacted a local flower shop. So, here I sit on hold, 30 minutes now, trying to talk to someone. your hold music tells the user to call the number....hello, if you are telling people to call then PICK UP THE PHONE. I called at 4:15 pacific time. Keep in mind, the economy isn't that great, you need to keep your clients happy. What are you going to do to compensate me? You think you can get away with saying oh well? I don't think so. Keep in mind, we customers are who keep you in business, without us, you don't have a job
