I ordered a sympathy plant for my Sister in law for her mothers passing. Originally it was suppose to be delivered same day. After confirmation I was informed by email that the plant was not available for delivery in her area on that day and to pick another arrangement OR change delivery date. I chose to postpone the date to the next day ( the day of the celebration of life) I received a confirmation email for the new date. Nothing was delivered!! I tried to call but they were closed. So I sent an email and the next morning I receive a new email stating they were sorry but the plant wasn't available! Only after I contacted them. I was told they put my order on hold. Furious that they didn't contact me sooner I laid into the rep in the phone who wanted to send a nice cut flower arrangement ( sight unseen and cut flowers) for a 30% refund. I explained that I wouldn't trust them to deliver a dandelion *** and demanded a full refund. I was told that would occur but still no email to confirm as of yet. Do yourself a favor and avoid Teleflora they are the worst. My mistake was not seeing all the poor reviews before my order.

I purchased two flower arrangements for my mom and grandma and they delivered very late and absolutely not what i ordered. Never again will I use Teleflora. if you can just look for local florist in the area you want them delivered to get better prices and service. I was very disappointed with the quality and the difference in the image they offer you online and the actual product they deliver. they probably think you will never find out from the person that is receiving the flowers, Im grateful my mother sent me a picture of the arrangements they received so I'm posting the picture so you can see how they looked. Vases i paid for were supposed to be one yellow and one purple with pink bows.

I ordered a flower arrangement from Teleflora before Christmas. What I received looked nothing like what I ordered or was expecting.

It had no roses, no holly, no red berries, and no pine cones. The only thing it had that resembled the one shown on the website were the two red candles! I emailed to complain and the only thing I got was a one time 40% off another arrangement. After my first experience I wasn't about to order another arrangements to be disappointed again!

I will never order from Teleflora or recommend them. Beware if you order from them.

Very dissatisfied. Ordered a Zen arrangement and Teleflora delivered sonething that looked like a get well arrangement for an older person. I understand substitutions are sometimes necessary but this is in Cali where all flowers are always available. This is what was ordered on the left. This is what was delivered on the right. There isn't a single bamboo or orchid and it certainly is not even close to a zen arrangement. Shame on Teleflora

Ordered Premium Enchanted Arrangement for my niece's 21st birthday and didn't receive the arrangement I purchased. Contacted customer service the day of the delivery about my dissatisfaction of the flowers. Customer service asked for more detial and I provided them with a picture of what was sent vs what I purchased. The response received was an apology and here is 40% discount coupon for future purchase. Why would I or any consumer use Teleflora when they don't deliver what a consumer purchases. Any friend, family, coworker or strange ever asks about my experience with Teleflora I will tell them never r place an order as Teleaflora is a rip off.

Ordered Premium Love and Joy Bouquet. Shocked to see here that Teleflora must regularly send what ever they want, and not what was ordered.

Note - not even the keepsake vase was used. The flowers used are not the same, nor are the colors of the flowers the same. I ordered from Teleflora for the very reason that I thought I could / would receive what was pictured. I can not think of any company that accept money for a product they can not provide, then send what they have on hand.

The web page provides a email form to forward To customer service. We will see if I receive a response, and how they handle my complaint.

I ordered flower today, and sent me an email, and no phone call that my order was not available. This is some of the most terrible customer service I have received in quite a while. I have used you many times in the past, but will never use you again. A simple phone call that what I ordered was not available, would have been no problem. I guess this is the low class company that you are, and will never waste my money on your company again. A simple phone call, and there would have been no issues. I will be posting, and if you are a member of the, BBB, I will file a complaint. I got a refund, but nothing else was done to keep my business. I work in customer service, and I am happy to say my company takes care of their customers.

I ordered the gorgeous Lavender Chiffon arrangement for my mother for Mother's Day and it arrived nothing like as pictured. It arrived in a different cheaper looking vase with different filler flowers unarranged with a cheap sloppy pink bow. Take a look at the delivered product vs what was advertised. It's as if they just shoved random flowers in a vase. It's hideous. I am so disappointed after exceeding my budget because I loved the arrangement so much and wanted my mother to feel special. I don't know how they can deliver such a lesser product and still be in business. I should have checked the reviews. I will never order from them again.

I ordered flowers on 5/1/16 for delivery to my Mom on 5/5/16 for Mother's Day. Received a confirmation email from Teleflora. 5/5/16 came and went, no communication from Teleflora. Called my mom - she did not receive anything. Contacted Teleflora via their internet site on 5/9/16 - no response. Called Teleflora on 5/10 - can't get a live person. Contacted Teleflora via their site on 5/11, finally get this response on 5/12: Hello Joy, Thank you for contacting Teleflora. I have reviewed your order and we have canceled it due to no service in the recipient's area. A refund in the amount of $36.95 has been applied to your account on 05/05/2016. You should see no charge, or a refund for the full charge, posted to your credit card account in the next 2-10 business days. It has been a pleasure to assist you and we look forward to serving your future floral needs. Best Regards, Maria L. Teleflora No apology, no real explanation. Granted, my mother lives in Hawaii and sometimes that is an issue. But every other florist I have used let's me know immediately that they can't service the area. I just found a confirmation email from December 2012 that shows I sent flowers then from teleflora, so they did deliver to Hawaii. My guess is that I used a coupon code this time that they didn't want to honor, or they are just messed up and didn't get it communicated to a florist in Hawaii. In either case, they handled this poorly and I will never use them again. I just sent a belated bouquet to my Mom from FTD, and one of the first things their site did was verify the delivery postal code.

I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday as I do every year. The flowers that were delivered were nothing of what I ordered. There were less then half the amount of flowers in the arrangement. The flowers were very poor quality, the vase was dirty, not the correct color and the bow was not on the vase (which by the was the main reason I ordered this particular arrangement). After she sent me the picture I called Teleflora and asked for a refund. I waited on hold for over an hour for a supervisor, at which point I hung up, called back and waited another 45 minutes until someone picked up. After speaking to this person, I was told that they would only refund 70% of my $45.00 order and if I wanted a full refund they would have to go back to pick the flowers up. So basically, they wanted to now take my mother's gift away on her birthday??? I will not allow my mother to be even more disappointed on her birthday, so I went ahead agreed to the 70% refund and was told I would receive a confirmation email. When I received the email, it gave me a discount code for my next order???? NO REFUND??? I called AGAIN, was left on hold another 40 minutes and ultimately hung up and called my bank to dispute the charge. They can keep their "discount code" because I will NEVER order flowers from this company again!!! Horrible experience!!

I would like to start out by saying if Teleflora's main function is to ensure that local florist deliver the flowers that we as customers pay for WHY CANT THEY MAKE SURE THE FLOWERS ARE ACTUALLY DELIVERED! These local florists are cheating people out of their money and are ultimately stealing when they say that they delivered the flowers when they actually did not. The Monday after Mother's Day I called them and they had the nerve to stay the flowers were delivered and when they called the local florist they said they reached their max for the day for deliveries!!? WHAT?? Then they said they spoke to the florist and they stated that they would deliver the flowers the same day by 3pm. Tuesday no flowers. Tuesday I waited 30- 40 minutes on hold just for the manager to call the florist and they said again it would be delivered. I spoke with a manager since the initial representative was an ***... they had the nerve to say they could not release the name of the florist. They should have been able to especially since I wanted to call them myself and write a review their horrible flower deliver service. I'm on the phone now after waiting for a rep and it has been 1 hour and 13 minutes and the customer service rep literally wanted me to start all over again instead of actually reading the notes! Like come on, do your job and stop being lazy! So she put my on hold to read the notes and it has been about 10 minutes now... are these representatives idiots or something? How long does it take to read *** notes! Teleflora sucks and they really need to pick better employees and local florists. I will never bother with these idiots again. The sad thing is you never know why someone is sending another person flowers, it could be to lift their spirits on a day that they really needed it... especially on a day like Mother's Day when we live far apart from the ones we love but want to still let them know they are being thought of..... Problem unresolved. Full refund issued. And I'm Extremely Pissed Off. The Reps name was Julie.
