Ordered a beautiful premium flower arrangement from Teleflora for parents 64th anniversary. Vase should've been larger bouquet should've had plenty of roses in rich oranges and yellows. Teleflora florist.......DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they do the bait and switch and sometimes do not get the arrangement delivered on the scheduled date. Use you local grocery store you're get a better arrangement. I've been screwed by them twice, never again. First time the ordered didn't arrived until three days after the scheduled day. It's correct that you let the company knew what you felt about their product. Be reminded that any company who sell products do have policies letting their costumers knew what they can do or cannot do when such inevitable circumstances happens. That 'policy' thing is mostly posted below their website. We consumers should look and read it everytime. I ordered and paid for 15 roses, my daughter received 6 unevenly cut roses in a tiny 6 inch ugly vase. I was so embarrassed. The greenery was part dead and the babies breath was not real babies breath. The whole thing was so disappointing. What a rip-off ! It looked NOTHING like the picture. I paid $76.00. Paid the additional fee to get them delivered by 1pm. I called Teleflora to check if they had been delivered by 1PM. They had not since they couldn't locate a local flower shop to deliver the flowers and ASKED if I wanted a refund on the additional fee. I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday on Oct 17. This is my first time with Teleflora. I paid over $40 for my floral arrangement. I got an order confirmation email that the order was hand delivered when this didn't happen. I called my sister to check and she said nothing was delivered to her. They failed to deliver flowers on my sister in laws birthday. They took 2 days to research why, all the while still not delivering any flowers. They have the worst customer service ever. They managed to charge my credit card though!

Plain and simple, I order a bouquet online on a Monday for a Wednesday delivery for a birthday. My mother's birthday to be exact. On Wednesday, THE DAY OF, LATE IN THE AFTERNOON, these morons have the nerve to then tell me they couldn't fulfill the order. I call to cancel and the person on the line swears they can fix this on the same day. A couple of hours later when flower shops locally are close to closing, they have the audacity to then... Just as everyone else, my flowers were NEVER delievered. This is by far the worse company to deal with. I should have just went with FTD, which I will in the future. I ordered my flowers at 4am in the morning because I wanted the flowers to arrive that day, just to be told they couldn't deliver. Was told they would deliver the folllwing day AGAIN was told couldn''t deliver. Called them up requested my full refund and had a few choice words.... Read more
