Ordered a what I thought would be a beautiful succulent arrangement for my sisters birthday, and I couldnt believe my eyes when she sent a picture of it the day of. For 73 dollars it looked like it was picked up from your local market and looked NOTHING like the picture. I ordered a get well flower arrangement on 1/17/17 to be delivered that day. The order did not arrive yet I received a delivery confirmation. After calling I was told no one was at home which was an outright lie because there were four people at home and I was in contact with them. I decided to order sympathy flowers for my family in Scotland. Took me about 2 hours to complete order on the phone as l was constantly put on hold. The person taking my order was obviously reading a script and they sounded about twelve years old with a language barrier. Entire experience - HORRIBLE! Ordered back in October 2016 for my mothers 92 birthday but I only received info several days ago (Dec 27) that the order could not be made. Due to the time frame I begrudgingly accepted a "florists choice". Now today (Jan 2 2017) I get told the flowers were not delivered today as scheduled because no one could deliver today with holidays!!!!!! Customer service is s joke and frustrating as ***. The flowers were NOT as described or looked like the picture on Telefora's website. They offered a 20% discount. What an insult. I asked for a complete refund and/or to have them re delivered. I waited for 10 minutes and the phone call dropped. On the day of the delivery my entire family was disappointed. We were going to take this flower piece to my dads memorial celebration. If I could rate less than a one star, I would. I ordered a CHRISTMAS CACTUS to be delivered on the same day, December 22nd. While a delivery did come, it was NOT a Christmas Cactus, but instead, a poinsettia. I paid extra for same day delivery. I sat on hold for OVER 45 minutes and was put on hold multiple times. Teleflora - 11th hour Christmas delivery wont be delivered

16th December I arranged for a Christmas floral arrangement to be delivered on 24th December. 4am my time zone (Midday at delivery point ) I receive an email "your delivery wont be delivered as requested" When I clicked the link to reschedule the next available date is the 27 December. I purchased the enchanted cottage premium flowers for my mother's 60th birthday with a balloon and candy. The flowers were nowhere near in abundance as they should have been for the premium price I paid. The box of chocolates was even wrapped in Christmas paper even though it was her birthday!!!
