Plain and simple, I order a bouquet online on a Monday for a Wednesday delivery for a birthday. My mother's birthday to be exact. On Wednesday, THE DAY OF, LATE IN THE AFTERNOON, these morons have the nerve to then tell me they couldn't fulfill the order. Just as everyone else, my flowers were NEVER delievered. This is by far the worse company to deal with. I should have just went with FTD, which I will in the future. I ordered my flowers at 4am in the morning because I wanted the flowers to arrive that day, just to be told they couldn't deliver. What an awful service, you get apologies e-mail and phone calls rather than the flowers that you ordered. Its been two days and they're not even telling me if I should look for another company or not. Every e-mail I send it takes them about a day to get back to me. One of the worst experiences I have had. I requested flowers be delivered same/next day but was told I would have to wait because the florists would be closed on a long weekend for Labor Day. The individual to receive the flowers was in hospice and did not receive the flowers before death. Ordered beautiful Zen arrangement. What was received had no resemblance with ordered item at all. Complained to Teleflora - was offered 30% refund. Didn't want to settle - requested full refund. They insisted on picking up unwanted item (what an embarrassment ). Pick up had to happen within 48 hrs from the delivery time. This company should not be in business. They ruined 2 special events, did not fulfill the order, I believe their associate that took my request did it on purpose.

Ordered Premium Enchanted Arrangement for my niece's 21st birthday and didn't receive the arrangement I purchased. Contacted customer service the day of the delivery about my dissatisfaction of the flowers. Customer service asked for more detial and I provided them with a picture of what was sent vs what I purchased. I ordered a sympathy plant for my Sister in law for her mothers passing. Originally it was suppose to be delivered same day. After confirmation I was informed by email that the plant was not available for delivery in her area on that day and to pick another arrangement OR change delivery date.
