No, and I won't recommend
Jan 8th I ordered a floral arrangement and chocolate pretzels for deliver to my friend for her birthday the following day, Jan 9th. The pretzels are handmade so they wouldn't be delivered until the 10th, which was fine because the flowers would be delivered on her birthday.
I got an email the morning of the 9th saying there was a problem with my floral order. There wasn't a local florist that could accommodate the delivery that day because they had to order one of the flowers. I was told the flowers would be delivered tomorrow, the 10th, and they will be able to complete the arrangement, and they will be delivered that day. By 9pm the flowers hadn't been delivered, so I called customer service.
I was told there wasn't a florist that could make the delivery that day, but the delivery would be made the next day, the 11th. I asked if she was sure it would be the 11th and not later, I was told definitely on the 11th. Furthermore, I asked her to make sure I get a call if anything changes, she said yes. By the end of the day on the 11th, they still hadn't been delivered, and I did not receive any communication from Teleflora.
I called again and was told definitely the 12th. I asked if he was sure because I was already told it would be that day, and the day before. He said he was sure. I asked why I didn't receive communication and he had no answer.
The 12th came and went with no delivery. I called on Monday Jan 15th and finally asked for a refund.
I paid $60 for the arrangement, after using a discount for free shipping. They refunded $18 when it wasn't delivered the first time. Supposedly another refund the second or third time, but I didn't.
I finally received my remaining refund last night.
I'm so disappointed.
No communication and several empty promises. At least the pretzels showed up when promised.

Misleading website

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the flower arrangement I recently ordered from your company. As a loyal customer, I have always trusted Teleflora to deliver beautiful and high-quality floral products, but my recent experience has left me utterly dismayed.
I placed an order for a festive Christmas flower arrangement, and the image displayed on your website was absolutely stunning.
However, what I received was a far cry from the vibrant, fresh, and expertly crafted arrangement that was depicted online. The flowers were poorly made, broken, dried, smaller than expected, and appeared old. It was nothing like what I had anticipated and certainly did not reflect the premium price I paid.
To make matters worse, after expressing my dissatisfaction, I was provided with another arrangement from a different florist, only to find that it was identical to the subpar product I had received initially. This inconsistency between the advertised product and the actual items I received is incredibly disheartening, and it has significantly tarnished my perception of your company.
As a customer who was eagerly anticipating a beautiful centerpiece for the holiday season, I was deeply saddened and disheartened to receive such a subpar product twice.
This experience has led me to doubt the reliability and accuracy of your marketing online. The fact that the product delivered does not match the representation on your website is absurd and completely unacceptable.
I sincerely hope that you will take this feedback seriously and address the quality control issues that led to this disappointing experience.
As we approach the festive season, I had hoped to share the joy of beautiful flowers with my loved ones, but instead, I find myself grappling with the frustration of a completely misrepresented and inferior product.

Ordered a Mother's Day arrangement for my wife and it was never delivered. The order status said delivered and even said my wife signed for it but that was lie.
She never got her arrangement. We called and complained and they gave me a 30% refund and a 30% discount on my next order as if I will ever use them again. I called again this morning and asked for a 100% refund and was told that they would file a complaint with the Florist and get my arrangement delivered as soon as possible.
At this point I am so frustrated since Mother's Day is over and we still do not have anything. Don't waste your money.

Disgraceful delivery all flower dead.
They cancelled my order and didn't even notify me.
I had placed an order for Mother's Day a week in advance for delivery the Friday before Mother's Day for my Mother in law that has been in the hospital recovering from a broken hip for a month. Teleflora cancelled my order and didn't notify me.
When I called to change the delivery address due to my MIL being released from the rehab facility after breaking her hip I was told this order had already been cancelled due to suspected fraud and they had no other explanation. I was told I would have to call the next day to place a new order. When I did that they told me that they would not be able to delivery these until several days past Mother's Day! My delivery was originally set up for Friday 5/6 so they would be there in plenty of time for Mother's Day.
This company doesn't care at all about customer service. After reading some of these reviews I may have been lucky because at least they didn't deliver her a *** arrangement.
Definitely don't trust them to get your order where you need it on the day you need it! Horrible company and even worse customer service!

Telefloral was running a deal through American Express to provide a $20 reimbursement if you bought flowers. I bought my flowers and failed to notice they didn't charge my card.
A couple days after the deal expired the called to say they "couldn't run my card", so i gave them another card and complained about missing out on their reimbursement... the CS representative simply said I see, then proceeded to try my new card... which failed also. My card works for gas, so it isn't the card.
He then apologized for having to cancel my order. I ask for a supervisor, and get put on hold for 10 minutes, then disconnected.
I get an email a few minutes after that apologizing for the failure on their part and given a code to redeem to "make things right".
I go to their website to order the flowers and the prices are up $30 for Valentines day. The coupon is worth $15.
